How The COlorist Blueprint was born- this is personal for me
In 2017 my mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's, and my whole world was flipped upside down. I learned pretty quickly that I needed to find a way to make more money behind the chair, without spending so much time in the salon. I needed a solution that gave me freedom and flexibility so I could fly home to Pennsylvania and spend every moment I possibly could with her while she was still here. And I needed that freedom fast. In one year I went from making $37,000 to over $120,000 by implementing this strategy. I actually ended up working less (I went down to 4 days a week) and decided to quit working weekends.
And before you ask- no I didn't make a massive jump to $1,800 a balayage. Catering to the 1% will get you just that- a very tiny clientele only 1% of people can afford. What I am giving you is every piece of knowledge that I have in hair color science, theory, training and technique I've amassed in my 13 years as a Color Specialist. MODULE 1
The Colorist Blueprint
This module is all theory. Inside we have multiple classes (with new ones added monthly) going over everything I know about the amazing science that is hair color. How it works, how standard and clay lighteners work, and when to choose each. I give you every tip I have to ensure grey coverage on every guest. You'll learn what peroxide does, and how to formulate with the right one for each service. The science behind couplers, understanding high lift colors, formulations for reds vs coppers and so much more!
MODULE 2
The Technical Blueprint
This is our hands on section. Where you can watch me apply the theories we learn to actual clients behind the chair. High ticket blonding services and my 30 minute balayage class live here. We also have skill challenges to help you get your timings down. These videos can be watched as many times as you would like. Accompanied are the technical sheets to each one.
MODULE 3
The Business Blueprint
Now that you're foiling as fast as a ninja and formulating like a pro- we need to get quality clients in those chairs! This section is all about the business baby. My viral checklist and email template to reach out to well paying companies in your area-, as well as the CYA Consultation form live in this section. As does a sales video where I break down how I am able to sell 60,000 worth of retail a year (you read those numbers right) without ever once being "pushy" or "salesy". There is an art to this, and I am going to show you exactly how I do it.

A mentor can show you in days what it takes 10 years to learn on your own. Don't spend the first 5 years of your career living paycheck to paycheck.
